A Weekend in Honfleur, an Encounter with Painting

Why not turn this gallery opening into a little weekend away in Honfleur? Take time to stroll around the Vieux Bassin, explore the narrow streets and galleries, then discover paintings in the light of an autumn evening: an invitation to make the pleasure of discovery last a little longer.

On Saturday 31 October 2026, Galerie Arnaud Bard will take part in the autumn event organised by Honfleur’s galleries. Véronique and Arnaud will welcome you for a cocktail reception from 6:30 pm at 27, rue Haute.

Take time to see the works

For collectors and art lovers alike, a gallery visit offers another way of looking. You move closer to a painting to discover its texture and shades, then step back and let it fill your view. An image sparks curiosity; encountering the work itself opens a different conversation.

Represented by Galerie Arnaud Bard since January 2025, Fabricia Lepoutre will be taking part with several of her paintings. Her works will be shown alongside those of Myriam de Lafforest, Florent Chopin, Manolo Chrétien, Olivier Liégent, Arnaud Kasper, Gordon Hopkins and Pascal Dalous.

A date for your weekend

Come for an exhibition, stay for the town. The last weekend of October is a lovely opportunity to combine a short break in Honfleur with a discovery of art. The opening can be a meeting point between a walk, dinner and the works you may wish to revisit the following day.
